they stood me up for the interview and contacted me 1 hour later saying they gave the job to someone else - disrespectful company they are unprofessional and don't do what they preach which is RESPECT

It was an informal talk and they really want to see you excited about the job. It took around 20 minutes and it was mostly answering my questions or talking about the position in general
