Technical interview that started with asking about data structures and algorithms. Then asked me to solve a problem. The problem was hard. Very hard. Very very hard. I solved it.
There was 4 steps: A phone Interview with the Recruiter, a face to face with other software developers, a code review test and a final interview with the hiring managers.

What was the part of your project your struggled most with, and how did you manage to get pass this struggle?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Coveo Solutions (Montreal, QC)

I won’t repeat the process as many people talk about it. But overall good experience until the technical exercise. They gave me about a week and a half to complete from home and it took me nearly 30hours (on top of personality and IQ tests that take 3h). A few days later I got a call back saying I didn’t get through to the next step. The recruiter didn’t seem to have much notes for me. Reasons were very vague. When I ask for clarifications he didn’t have any answers. It is disappointing when you are asked to spend so much time to prepare for an interview and they can’t even give you constructive criticism so you can improve.
