I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2016
Interview
Asked to apply for the Account Specialist position online because the coordinator position was not available- this created some confusion throughout the process. I was contacted quickly (1-2 days) to set up a phone interview, again in 1-2 days.
The phone interview was about 15 minutes. She asked me about the position, only to realize I had never been given the job description (since it was not actually available). She said that she typically sends them out with the initial contact (checking my email verified that she didn't). After skipping over the position discussion, she asked me to "walk her backwards through my resume." Then "why Cover My Meds?" She then gave a brief rundown of the specialist & coordinator positions.
She asked no typical interview questions, which I know from former applicants are their norm. I found this odd.
She contacted me quickly again (2-3 days) to let me know they were moving on with other candidates.
The interviewers felt like peers and were very welcoming. They made every attempt to set me up for success. It made the process less stressful. Just be prepared and you will do great!
