Over 30 need not apply. I had an over the phone interview then I advanced to an in person interview. I was so enthusiastic and more than qualified for the position. Be sure not to mention you have children or any life outside of the company. As a mom of three young children and in my late 30s I certainly felt discriminated against. I felt i nailed the interview, however in the end wasn’t offered the position. With little or no explanation. The person that interviewed me was maybe 24 and showed up in a hoodie and jeans. He spoke super fast and acted like he just wanted it over with. I’m not sure what they are looking fo but it certainly isn’t a highly educated, successful business woman.
