Phone Screen was okay. Asked typical screening questions. However, when the results came in - they failed to provide a succinct and valid reason as to why I was rejected. I emailed them asking why and they replied that I didn't have the necessary skills for the Apprenticeship despite the fact that I have multiple full-stack projects and more than capable of the tasks at hand. My argument was that they never even tested me so how do they know I don't have enough skills and that they were being unfair without providing me a fighting chance. They never replied.
