I applied online. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Philadelphia, PA) in Dec 2021
Interview
very well organized. Interviewed with approximately 14 people on a few panels. Team was well organized, questions were thought provoking. Team was very organized in how they answered questions and you can tell that they were cohesive.
Met with a recruiter for typical phone screen. Then hiring manager, then received a case assignment. Put a ton of work into the case and apparently missed the mark. Felt odd we were all in same city but all interviews were over video call.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Probably the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. Was very long, met with many people, and the project I was assigned made zero sense. I feel that if you want a good candidate to take the process seriously, trust the interview process & don’t assign them a project to spend hours one. People are busy.
