I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CoverMyMeds (Columbus, OH) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was sent an email to set up a phone interview. I set a phone interview up and from there I set up a second interview which is called "Project Day". You will spend the first 30 minutes answering general interview questions and talking about yourself. The next 30 minutes are spent actually "mocking" the role and helping a person calling CMM. It is relaxed and they provide you all the resources to do great for your interview so if you do not do well on the mock it's probably because you didn't take the time to study their guides they send. It was the most relaxed and fun interview I've ever had and I walked out of it feeling SO confident!! Less than a week later I was notified I got the job!
