Interview
A recruiter emailed me a day after I applied online. One phone interview for about 30 minutes followed by a face to face interview day for 1.5 hours. This day consisted of a tour, a critical thinking asssssment and then I talked to the supervisor and then director of the account specialist department. Everyone was very nice and I felt very welcomed. The last step of the process will be a project day of they contact me back. This allows you to truly see what the position actually looks like and if you fit well.
