The original recruiter who reached out was very friendly and showed interest in my experience. I was set up with another recruiter for a phone interview and it did not go as well. The person who interviewed me asked me a series of standard questions. They were polite but seemed disinterested in getting to know me as a candidate. After I answered a question they moved onto the next question without responding at all. The lack of interaction made the entire interview very difficult. It was like I was talking to myself. It was very dry and it did not feel like a very engaging conversation. The interview also started more than 10 minutes late! I should have trusted my gut and not did the interview. A person who does not respect your time does not respect you.
