Started out with an interview via screen share/video call, where one of their developers has you do some problems for them, consisting of a mix of html, css, javascript, SQL, and a problem that can be solved in a language of your choice. The problems weren't overly difficult, but I wouldn't underestimate them. After this step they have a code day, which is basically a full day interview where you get to meet the team, pair program a bit and work on a web app project they give you. The project is difficult to do in a day, and I found myself strapped for time. At the end you are asked to present your work to a group of their developers.
