Interview
It was a very short process from first interview to job offer. I got a call from HR and it was a short 5-minute conversation, which led to scheduling an in-person interview with the local General Manager that week. The in-person interview was also quick, about 30 minutes, mainly discussing the job. And finally a week later, I had a final interview with the Regional Head of Operations. That was about 20-25 minutes long. And within a few days, I received a job offer from HR over the phone. Overall, everyone was relatively polite and professional, but the fixed salary was relatively low and compensation structure was too complicated to be attractive.
