there are about 3-4 interviews all together, 1st is through the phone with a recruiter, then in person with direct manager, then RVP of sales then a corporate HR person.(btw the interview with the direct manager is behavioural, the interview with the RVP will evaluate if you are ready for high sales pressure.)

I had two Skype interviews and one in person interview. Both were very easy-going and casual. The Skype interview was first with a recruiter/sales manager.
