Interview
There are many levels of interviews. This starts with a recruiter from Florida that will call you for a phone interview. Basic questions, but I don't know how engaged she was as she asked me the same question twice. "What's a typicall day like in your job"? I then moved on to a phone interview with the VP. She spoke very quickly and began to lose my interest. After her, I sat in front of another GM who questioned me. Then I had a face to face with the Regional Vice President. Then I had a phone interview with the VP of HR and then finally the COO of the company. There were way too many steps involved.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Coverall in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was unusually long. Started with a phone screen by a recruiter. Was told I would hear back by next day. Asked for follow number or email and was told dont call us we will call you. Two weeks later after I forgot all about this company I get a call on my cell for a phone interview by a sales vice president. Caught me a bit off balance but the interview went well. I asked the next steps and was told the Vice president of operations would call me. Another week and a half goes by. Even after 3 email follow ups no response. Finally get a call in the morning for a phone interview that afternoon. That goes well. Next I have to go to the regional office to speak with the exiting General Manager. That takes one week. After that it took 3 more week to have two more phone interviews scheduled. I never spoke with the last two because I had accepted 1 of multiple offers.
