They Sent me Some Questions And Asked me to write Test cases for Some test Scenarios And it also contains 2 puzzles which were Easy And I cleared it, then I had Skype Interview

Interview
Applied through portal, got call after 2 weeks, people are really nice and co-operative. Result was also quick withing 3-4 hours. But i don't think if a guy misses 2 questions out of 10-12, he should be rejected. I did well in written, solved all question including coding part. In 2nd round i missed 2 question and i was rejected. No body can be 100% fit , it is possible to give a miss to 1-2 questions. you should also look at his good part. This will help you a lot in growing. As my both round went good , so was hopeful but at the end i was rejected. That was disappointing .

In second round, interviewer does not look for his requirement (JD) rather he is much interested in your cv. Hence write cv carefully.
