Applied online. Took 2 weeks for the first phone interview with their talent recruiter, then second phone interview with supervisors of departments. The talent recruiter was rarely available and not efficient. The email response was slow. Had to reschedule the interview. The second interview had technical issues with their phones. Was told that they will inform by the end of the week. they mention their motto is CARE, but they didn't care enough to get back to me with a response.
