The interview process started off great but at the end I feel I was ghosted. After applying I receive a call from the recruiter a couple days later and after a quick phone call I had an interview set up with the hiring manager (a Director at the company). That interview went really well and was fairly easy with some questions about my experience and some behavioral questions. He then moved me to a panel interview with 2 directors at the company and I feel pretty good about that interview. The panel let me know I should hear something the following week and both the recruiter and the hiring manager said the same in emails we exchanged. At this point I felt pretty confident I would hear something either way but now going on 6 weeks later I never heard back and I ever reached out to the recruiter the following week when I didn't hear anything and she never responded to my email. I get that I wasn't selected or whatever but it seemed a little cold after getting so far in the process.
