Went through a few phone interviews. Seemed to go really well. Recruiter seemed very excited, said they were waiting to put a regional manager in place prior to hiring for this position. Few weeks pass, and the recruiter reached out and asked me to be patient, they had an offer out to a regional manager. Phone interview with regional manager, then crickets..... I reached out to him and was asked continually to be patient. They were setting everything in motion. Have not heard from them again. This has been a 3 month process.
