I applied online. I interviewed at Cox Automotive (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2022
Interview
A phone interview with a recruiter and then a video call with the team I would work on. Last round was a technical interview with light pseudo code questions. All interviews were casual and conversational. They really want to make sure you are a good fit socially for the team you will be working on.

Q: What does normalized data mean in relational databases?
First round was a call with a recruiter, going over your resume + expression of interest. Next was a technical stage, prior to this, the recruiter mentioned the question will be a Leetcode like problem but instead it was more of a React interview so it was a bit unexpected.
One Easy Leetcode and then typical behavioral questions. Super chill, did not have a hard experience at all. Definitely felt good coming out of it and the interviewers themselves were very nice.
