Pre-round round was a take home form, nothing too complicated just a few behavioral questions
1st round was with a hiring manger, super informal just asking a couple general OOP questions, going over your resume
2nd round was an interview with the engineers on coderpad, honestly great experience as they we're very nice & I got to pick my language
3rd round was with another software engineering manager, very informal "Why do you want to work here"
