I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Communications (Baton Rouge, LA) in Dec 2022
Interview
First was the recruiter interview, then a manager interview where I was also given a take home project (that required me to pay for a tableau subscription and took 9 hours of work to complete), and finally a panel interview/presentation. It took a few weeks to follow up after presentation where I was told they would be going with a different candidate but then the requisition was reposted same day. It felt like they wasted my time and money. It was very frustrating and not a lot of transparency.
