The interview process was pretty standard. Applied online and heard back from HR to fill in a personality profile. The next step was a standard phone interview with HR followed by a phone call with the hiring manager at the location I was applying for. There was a 3rd phone call with another Manager. I was applying for Jacksonville but was living in LA. After the 3rd phone interview, I flew out to Jacksonville for a 6 hour interview (6 (30) minute meetings, with an hour lunch meeting with the team). This was long, however, useful because of the breadth of people I would be working with at CMG in Jacksonville. This was followed by another 1 hour interview with the hiring manager the following day. The decision came pretty quickly, but then had to wait a long time for the background check and drug screen to clear me for hire.
