I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cox Media Group (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2019
Interview
First there was a phone screening, a phone interview with a 3rd party, a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a face-to-face with the hiring manager. I cam very prepared for the interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cox Media Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Very strange. A non yet officially hired person called me to talk to me about the job and during the conversation told me that the job was not necessarily for a Director but more for a manager. ???. That they did not have the money/ budget but they would be happy to do barters... ??? I thought this was awkward, deceitful and inappropriate. I am not even sure if the person that I talked to understood what the position's responsibilities were all about. Very disappointing all the way...
