Interview
Typical professional interview. Go in there with a suit and tie and kill it! They ask questions along the lines of how you work in a team environment and how you are at basic desk duties (i.e. typing, microsoft office, etc.) It's an entry level job with minimal qualifications so it;s mainly a screening to see if you aren't crazy.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cox Media Group (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
The first interview was with all of the sales managers in one room. They acted like fun, nice people but they were just really good actors. After the first interview they strung me along for a few weeks and then hired me for a job that they falsely titled as Marketing Assistant, which is why I even applied for the job in the first place. They intentionally hired me for a job that I was way over qualified for and then throughout the course of my employment, they bullied me and put me down whenever I had new ideas, or ways to improve processes.
