I applied online and then received a call to come in for an interview. I went through Human Resources first and had a basic screening interview. A week or so after I received a call from the floor manager to schedule an interview. Had an interview in her office with two other assistant managers. They were very kind and I did not feel intimidated. The questions they asked were not too difficult. I received a call the next day with a job offer and I took the job.
