I sent in my resume to Cozymeail via their site. They then sent me a 3 question sample case study for the position (which they seem to send to everyone). They gave me 48 hours to return the case study. I sent in the case study and did not even receive a confirmation email from the HR department or company. I then followed up directly via LinkedIn and still did not receive any response.

Question 1
The three sample case study questions are the following:
1) Initial research shows Meal Prep Delivery would be a good fit for the Cozymeal platform in addition to our cooking classes. Meal Prep Delivery would be a service where a chef prepares meals in large batches in a commercial kitchen and then drops them off at the customer’s place. Describe what approach to Meal Prep Delivery as a category on Cozymeal from conceptualization to launch.
2) The team needs to onboard new hosts to teach classes such as chefs, mixologists, etc. The current process of on-boarding new hosts takes an average of 8 weeks. In order to improve the launch of new cities and maintain inventory in all markets, this process should be done as quickly as possible to launch new markets and additional experiences. How would you approach reducing the time to onboard new hosts?
3) With the introduction of retail products such as cutlery, specialty kitchen equipment, etc, the team would like to begin cross-selling the products with our classes. How would you approach incorporating physical products into the customer lifecycle?
