Cracker Barrel Hostess interview questions

Called in for an interview with a manager. Asked questions about my education and extracurricular activities. Called back for a second interview and went over same questions, and additionally talked about my schedule and availability.

The interview process was fairly simple. I went into the store physically and filled out a paper application. A manager came out and met me. We sat at a table in the back dining room and he spoke with me about which position I was applying for. We set a time and date for a formal interview. On that date, I came into the store in business attire and told the cashier I was there for an interview. I was excorted to the back of the dining room and offered a drink. About 10 minutes later, the general manager met me at the table and sat down. The interview was casual, and we talked about our hobbies. He was very friendly and let me know within 48 hours via phone call that I had gotten the job.
