Interview
It was very simply. They looked at my application asked me general questions. Management was very kind. This was back in 2011. They want to know how are you speaking with guest. And they tell you what they will expect from you. They give you a background of the Company goals and see if you can abide from them. I believe they try to see how social you are. When I was sat at a table to wait for a manager, several servers stopped by and offered me something to drink, if I had been helped. It was such a friendly environment.

Do you have reliable transportation? I was just exiting High School, so I think this is why they asked me this.
The interview was easy. They know most of these servers are just starting out. But they want you to know how to upsell, and how to work in a fast pace environment.

Interview
It went pretty well, just asked the norm, such as tell me a little about yourself and why do you want to work here. Just asked simple questions and told me I had the job and what day to come in next. I applied to be a server and they told me I would get 25 hours a week, but they ended up making me a to-go specialist and I’m getting like 6 hours a week. I also didn’t get scheduled for a month after my interview but I’m working a bit now.

Very easy, seems like they were looking for a pulse. Mine was done at the checkerboard in the dining room. not a difficult job, so not a difficult interview. I don't remember any specific questions
