Interview
The interview process consisted of meeting with the department manager. Was handed a piece of paper to read describing what is required and what the dress code is asked if I had any questions and she basically ran through the "worst day" scenario. Asked me what does hospitality mean and asked about my previous retail experience... After that she said I was done and she would email me the link to have the background checks done in 3 days I gotta welcome letter.
Very lengthy and tedious, but informative as well. After initial interview with a manager, if you are offered the job, you then move to training which is all online at the beginning and tedious.

Interview
The interview was great, manager was very nice. Could not guarantee any hours, PT only and only on as needed basis but wanted me to be available nights, weekends and holidays. If hired and store was slow you would be sent home without pay. Not for me. Need some guarantee of some hours.

The interview was quick and in-depth, and I enjoyed it. But I heard the manager for that specific department was condescending. The environment was nice, the interview is set up through telephone and is completed at the store location.
