Interview
I interviewed with the district manager for 2 hours. I had a second interview with someone from corporate. I had to take a test. I got a call back several weeks later on a Sunday. I had to train in Tennessee for 2 weeks, then 3 weeks at a store 4 hours from my home.
3 interviews. 2 on phone and 1 in person with DM. The recruiter is 1st then DM and if passed those and test then RVP is last sign off. It is an easy and quick process.

What are your leadership areas of strengths and opportunities?
Interviewed with recruiter then had to complete job assignment. Then got a call to set up interview with DM. Had another interview with a another DM. Submitted for background check and drug screen. The got a email welcoming me aboard. Then you have to complete 5 weeks of MIT training before being placed in a store.
