I had to fill out the application. In order to qualify you have to be at least a PAR 2 trainer. Of course leadership and communication are a need. I got a call to setup an interview and interviewed with the general and district managers.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Winter Garden, FL)

Over 20 years ago, I had a short but direct one-on-one with leadership. It didn’t hold me back—I had a long career after that, with growth and advancement along the way.
Was easy. the people interviewing me were rude. My Gm was not the best person and it was a mistake to even apply. I wish that I just didn't. and I suggest not.
