Short, Ready to hire in seconds... Not many questions it was more of a formality just to be there to get the job. Would be a suitable place for high schoolers its very boring sometimes busy, but mostly scripted so if you can fake a smile you have the job.

Had initial job screening and in person interview. I was offered the position which I accepted. Had to give my 2 weeks notice at my old job so we scheduled a time to do onboarding in 2 weeks.
When the time came to start the job the hiring manager and everyone else I talked with completely ghosted me claiming that only the retail manager could assist with onboarding and she was never available. After 2 weeks of calling I gave up. Absolute disgrace to offer a position and then just ignore me.
it was horrible ZERO communication whatsoever i went in for the interview and spoke to the manager beforehand and i came in, asked to speak to the manager and she wasnt even there. still got my interview tho and then got told i wasnt going to be sonsidered right then and there. it hurt myfeelings
