I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied through Snagajob and was called several days later for an interview. Went to the interview, the questions were easy however I didn't get the job most likely due to the fact that I was 17 and Cracker Barrel did not want to pay for hour long lunch breaks required for minors.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel (Sturbridge, MA) in Jan 2025
Interview
Filled out an application in person and when it was compeleted a manager met with me. Not sure if that is typical or if he was just available at that time.
easy they just asked what other experience i have had and how I would handle customer situations. You have one interview then they have training and then you shadow someone
