I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cracker Barrel in May 2012
Interview
I went in to hand in my application and was able to ask to speak to a manager directly. After speaking with the manager they said they would keep my resume as a strong candidate. After some time without hearing anything, I decided to give them a call and again spoke to the same manager. I was instructed to come in the following day where my interview took place. Basic questions were asked such as my previous experience regarding communicating with customers and ways that I've shown initiative in my previous work. We also discussed if I was competent to handle the stress of working as a server adequately.
