They want to thoroughly understand your background to make sure you can keep up with the volume of most CBs. Very straightforward. Met with the Cracker Barrel management recruiter first. Had to take a test that showed personality and aptitude. Then met with the District Manager and recruiter. Both interviews were at a Cracker Barrel.. He asked several situational questions to gauge your ability to think on your feet. Very comfortable interview.
