I met with the retail manager one on one interview. She was pleasant and explain what was required for the job I was applying for. She did not tell me how many hours I would be expected to work which was a disappointment for me when I found out that it would be 8 to 12 hours a week only.

If I had experience with customer service in general. Did I ever had sales goals to attain with my prior job.
Very lengthy and tedious, but informative as well. After initial interview with a manager, if you are offered the job, you then move to training which is all online at the beginning and tedious.

The interview was great, manager was very nice. Could not guarantee any hours, PT only and only on as needed basis but wanted me to be available nights, weekends and holidays. If hired and store was slow you would be sent home without pay. Not for me. Need some guarantee of some hours.

The interview was quick and in-depth, and I enjoyed it. But I heard the manager for that specific department was condescending. The environment was nice, the interview is set up through telephone and is completed at the store location.
