It was very long drawn out and time consuming. The interview process is intensive. Three people asking you very personal questions. Over kill. They asked a lot of questions about the positives and negatives about bosses you've had, about highschool and about personal life. They seemed over judge mental. They didn't offer me a job but after the interview I would have turned them down. I'm not one to broadcast my personal life for other people to judge which is what they felt like they were doing.
