I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Crane Currency (Nashua, NH) in Jun 2021
Interview
I applied online and received an email from the HR representative 2 days later to have a phone conversation. The HR person was extremely kind and we had a pleasant conversation. About 1 week later I had a video call with the hiring manager which was also a very positive conversation about the role and we discussed their work culture. She told me she would like me to meet with an additional panel of interviewers. About 1 week later I had another video call with a senior founder, and also felt that the conversation was positive and informative about their work. Unfortunately, it has been about 2 months since the last interview and I have not heard anything back, so I assume it was a no.
Overall friendly interviewers and seems like a positive place to work. My only feedback to their recruitment process is to be courteous to interviewers and let them know that you would not like to proceed forward.
