I had two in-person interviews. The first with an assistant manager and the next with the store manager. I felt very comfortable and was asked the usual questions. The process lasted around 2 weeks.
Very chill laid back and easy. Nice guy interview me. Interview was done in the store out in the open on a table that was up for display. No hard questions got offered the job on site.
