I was asked about my experience in retail, not much about my design experience (to my disappointment), and questioned on my ability to work in a collaborative environment. Overall, it was pretty straightforward and just a check on energy and whether I would be a good fit for their team.

3 totals calls, spoke with a plethora of different people to get different perspectives on the job. Open and easy communication. Not a bad interview process in comparison to other jobs at a similar level
Very easy, lots of position hires and they just walk through every aspect of the job and high chance of getting the job after 1st interview. They want to know if you are good at sales mostly and the design part is very easy. I would say pretty easy overall process
