After applying online, I received an email informing me that I would receive a call for an over the phone interview. During the over the phone interview I was asked a few general questions and was then asked to go in for an in-person interview, where I was offered a position on the spot.
Quick process and standard questions. The HR rep was very clear on the job and requirements. I did not have any unanswered questions following the interview. To clarify this was for a temp holiday position.
Easy and straightforward. It was a seasonal position. I applied a few days before the interview and I was hired on the spot. I would recommend this company, as the process was really quick and easy.
Business casual, sit down interview with store manager. Very casual and more about yourself than anything else. I was asked about the merchandise but was explained that not knowing was fine.
