Crawford & Company Intermediate Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was very lengthy. I got initial one way video assessment on April 18. The second round was on June 12 (almost two months). First round was very basic questions like why you want to work with Crawford, challenges at work, how do you prioritize different tasks, compensation. Second round was a joke, The guy was in hurry and took only 10 min to interview whereas the time allotted was 45 min. The interview was supposed to be technical but the questions were very generic on team work in past experiences.
