Very Smooth and Informal.
Initially applied online received a phone call bout week and a half later requesting formal interview.
Met with Team Leader went over past experiences reason for being on job market, skill sets, and current expectations. Very friendly and forthcoming.
Received a 2nd call about 3 Days later requesting interview with Regional Manager/ Director very informal went over education and prior experiences and what I could bring to the company.
