I interviewed at Crawford & Company (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2013
Interview
I found the job on Indeed.com utilizing it as I had no experience in the field. I was hired on as a "trainee" and interviewed only once with the company. I believe they simply wanted the position filed and I was the best candidate.
Please be advised with Crawford & Company each location is COMPLETELY different. My hub was extremely nice and well organized. Other students who were trainees I met during training at the Atlanta headquarters had completely different experiences.

Interview
It was a pretty good interview. I was called two days later and was offered a position. I had to renegotiate the salary because I was not being offered what I was promised at the interview at first. But at the end we came to a pretty good understanding and we met halfway.
