1st stage: one way interview - you have to record your video answers to 5 questions. 2nd stage: panel technical interview. The interviewers were focused on how I don't have the required experience for the role. Half way through I have decided I no longer care. Quite surprising to give candidate such a hard time without any prior HR interview to fuel the interest in the role.

The interviewers were focused on what I did not know and continued to interview me on the same topic that I was upfront about not having any experience with. Halfway through they were not even paying attention to what I had to say and I didn't care about the result anymore.
