Creative Assembly Community Content Manager interview questions

Applied online. About a week and a half later got contacted for a Skype interview with the person who would be my manager. Then took them 3 and a half weeks to schedule it. She asked barely any questions of me, just told me what the job entailed and what I'd be doing. I asked a bunch of questions to her that I thought they would ask me, like "What content do you create for all your different audiences?", "Would it be okay if I experimented with different content like photography for these audiences?" and "Can we use video and highlights or is it strictly text or preview based content?". The email telling me I failed said "Didn't come up with enough content ideas when asked" when they never asked me such a question
