I applied online and within a week HR contacted me by email to schedule a phone interview. It was the quite good experience of the interview, they even share some audio details of Total War development. However, I was given an unexpectedly huge audio task to do within seven days after the phone interview. I had to prepare audio for Animation clips 7 minutes long, for another Animation clips 4 minutes long, Another short animation set (2 minutes) and 45-second teaser. I did wait for about a month to get a final answer. Ultimately did not get the job, but it did give me insight into their hiring process.
