I applied online and had two interviews. The first one was more focused on my past experience in other programming roles, the second one was your usual team/culture fit. I've talked with the same guys in both interviews. The interviewees were very kind and they made me feel comfortable. I felt like they care about getting to know me quite well, so they can make a proper judgment on whether to hire me or not. Questions asked were nothing out-of-this-world, all rather reasonable and something that you might expect. In the end, they decided that for now they're looking for people with more experience in tools programming, so I didn't get an offer. However, CA has send me a detailed feedback on their decision which is - I think - the first time I ever got such feedback from a company.
