Very professional and high-quality Talent Acquisition team; the process and next steps at each stage were very clear; very collaborative environment, which meant multiple interview panels involving the team doing the hiring as well as reps from other teams. The conversations are great, but I struggled a little with getting tired towards the end of each of these panels. I ended up accepting an offer from another firm, but I would have been excited to pursue work at Creative Associates if that other offer hadn't been my first choice.
