Creative Associates International Technical Assistant interview questions

Application process is not very clear. I had to reach out to a staff to ask for an interview after 2 weeks of having sent in my resume. The interview process was not too formal but the questions asked by the staff seemed on the spot and not well prepared. He simply read through my resume and asked a few questions before saying this position's priority requirement is language ability.
