They took over 1.5 months to schedule the first interview with Recruiter. From there it took more than another month to schedule the follow up interview only to be asked what kind of compensation I am looking for as well as standard boilerplate questions such as Strength, Weakness as well as why I left or I am leaving previous jobs. Overall, this is just a marketing agency posing/acting as if they will become a software development company. Complete waste of time.
